The Energies of August 2022 ~ Self Ownership

Beloved Ones,

As we grow in personal power and discernment, we begin to understand the importance of disengaging from all distractions and retrieve into the depths of our being, communing with our Illumined Self, to understand what is taking place in ourselves and bodies, for as we evolve in our evolutionary path, we no longer need of so much of the outer noise and false guidance. We learn that all we wish to know is within, realizing that only we have the key to unlock all the answers for our unique path.

August is a very important month for us to regain sovereignty through the personal inner work that we do, and through discernment, which is pivotal for us not to fall into old patterns, false beliefs, and other outer false sources of information that are eager to distract us from our unique mission of assistance.

During August is pivotal that we do not let these outer disturbances keep us away from what is authentic, and from what we are here to do, a mission of selfless assistance first towards the awakening of ourselves, and secondly to help others who ask for our guidance, for we can never interfere in other's journey.

We are immersed in an intense wave of constant change, in which letting go is essential to adapt to change. A change that comes from our conscious desire to evolve and that involves being prepared to only keep that which serves our journey. We all are going to leave behind many things, many people, and many situations that maybe we are not ready yet to leave. The important thing is to keep that which enriches our soul and serves All to our mutual desire to heal and ascend.

As everything is always a confirmation of what we are experiencing, at all levels, August is a 5 universal month. This is the peak of the change that we have been integrating and that we pass now to stabilize, during the last months of the year. Number 5 is the so-called changemaker. However, all changes in truth come from within. This is a month in which we bring this creational phase from within, from an inner space of peace, discernment, and clarity, into our outer reality. It is a frequency that accompanies us to learn how to transform from within all that we wish to change in the outer.

All previous changes created are going to manifest and begin to flourish in the physical. This is a phase for us to observe what we have given birth to, and begin to redirect anything that is not aligned with our authentic soul desire.

As you know in tarot, the card that represents the number 5 is the Hierophant. The Wise Man is a metaphor for a Higher Intelligence who guides us through change and who reveals Truth to all who are ready to listen. This is indeed where we are now, in a stage of deep revelations and self-mastery, a passage to show us clarity in all situations of our human experiences, and the road to enlightenment, which is always a challenging path, not free of obstacles, but worth it to walk.

In truth all is meant to help us in our chosen journey, everything even that, which we consider "bad", helps us see where we are not being the LoveLight beings that we are. Furthermore, number 5 symbolizes self-liberation, liberation from cults, religions, old programs, and everything that keeps us small and in fear, which is everything that was created by humans, in a lower state of consciousness. We always have the perfect essences for us to align with them and begin to disengage from old beliefs and ways of being, it is our final choice to continue in the old or be brave to step into new horizons.

As we enter into the month of August the energies from the Lions Gate will intensify, and many will begin to feel the impact they have on our bodies, especially if you are one working with DNA rehabilitation and other evolved ascension work, as consciously aligning with them, learning how to direct the energies properly into specific parts of our bodies, is how we create the physical shift required for us to transform ourselves.

As this is a vast subject, I have already shared on my page more information, for those who feel guided about the Lions Gate, as Guides give us some tools, crystals, and other information for us to cope with them, the best we can, although as I always say, we are all unique and the impact they have on us will vary from one person to another.

We have many other important planetary forces helping us to reclaim the love that we are, as it is the first step towards sovereignty. We have the Sun already in Leo, with a New Moon at the end of July in this same sign, together with Venus entering into Leo as well on August 11th, and a wonderful Full Moon at 19 degrees Aquarius, helping us to liberate ourselves from personal restrictions, and begin a path of conscious creation.

When Venus resides in Leo, it is said that it is all about how passionate we become in our relationships, etc. To me, if we look from a higher perspective and begin to align with the essence of the Planets, we will realize that in truth it is not so much about the human interpretation we give to them, but about what they really are about, as a unique living organism.

Venus in Leo is about turning this love, confidence, care, and passion towards ourselves, becoming empowered beings, in love with the Divine Aspect within, so we can begin to give the same we hold within, which even though many still try to mislead, has nothing to do with narcissism, but with respecting and honoring Source's will to manifest uniquely in each and every one of us. This is what we shall recognize and love, not the 3D aspect of ourselves, which in truth is also as divine as anything else.

We are the first ones who need our affection, love, and care, and if we cannot be authentic and loving towards the self, what can we give to others, if we are empty of all these attributes inside?

Another important planetary influence that we have on August 20 is Mars entering into Gemini. Mars will remain for seventh months in Gemini, until March 25, 2023. This is going to be a great shift that will affect us uniquely and that will give us the opportunity to focus on our mental body, healing and clearing it from distortions, debris, and false programs.

However, you should first discern, see where you are in your journey, your personal micro cycles, as the most important ones, and lastly, where it falls in your chart to see the real impact that it will have on you, as universal meanings will not always serve for our personal experience, as we all are in different stages of our ascension journey.

The next day we too have a significant event, that even though many will not take into account for being an asteroid, all within Creation has the same importance, for All affects us equally, as All is part of who we are. We have Vesta retrograde entering Aquarius. Vesta represents the Divine Flame within us, our creative spark, and what moves us towards the things we wish to give birth, to in our physical reality.

Vesta in Aquarius invites us to liberate this feminine creative essence, but above all, to direct Vesta's feminine healing energy to restore ourselves, utilizing our Divine Feminine healing essence to be more compassionate, kind, and benevolent.

On August 22, the Sun will enter into Virgo. the purifier by excellence. We passed from the very intense energies from Leo to be soothed by the Virgo ones, for it is with Virgo that we regain the purity of our being, retrieving our crystalline lovelight being the essence, rebirthing into who we truly are.

With Virgo, it is also a time for us to clear our twins' energies and relationships, and eliminate the cords that still link us to others and that we shall let free, allowing others to live within freedom, and our own selves, for as long as we are tied to people who have already fulfill their mission with us, and vice versa, we are not entirely free, especially to engage ourselves and precious energy in another conscious and balanced relationship.

From another cosmic perspective, when the Sun shines a Light into Virgo, we are called now to ground ourselves and direct our creative power into our earthly Plane. As an Earth sign, Virgo reminds us we are here to manifest our true desires, ones that are always aligned with being of assistance, for Virgo is quite aware of its mission, which is always to be in service to All.

Virgo will bring purification. It invites us to remember that the purity we hold within can also be reflected in everything we do in our dense realm. And even if this sign can seem practical, its main essence is all about remembering that we are here to combine what we create from the inside with what others may need in the physical, for we are here to synthesize and unify both polarities, both planes, the physical and the ethereal - bringing all these inner visions into our tangible realm, as it is only by doing that, that we can truly master ourselves as creators of the physical.

At the end of the month, we also have Uranus, the planet of change that will be retrograde, for those who resonate with it, from August 24. This confirms the changing essence that we have had since the beginning of the summer, for we have been non-stop working with our bodies, shifting, dissolving, clearing, healing, and activating them, for months now, and it is just the planetary confirmation of that which has been occurring within many of us, for a while.

We are in a very important phase for us to work with our DNA. If we desire to truly heal and shift old patterns, there is no other way than to go within our template and heal, clear, and restore everything that we have unintentionally created or all that has been programmed upon us.

The next day, we have Mercury in Libra. This is about bringing balance into our mental plane, although at this time is going to have more impact on the collective mind, helping them to bring more diplomacy, at a time when there are many conflicts arising, as well as global equilibrium.

This is going to be a month for us to keep dwelling on the illumined and peaceful essence of our Soul, for there are many distractions that can make us fall apart and come back into old states of being.

The most important to contribute to a more peaceful and loving planet is to precisely create this same frequency from within and remain there as long as possible, even though as humans, there will be challenges that may often make us oscillate between two different frequencies.

We end this intense month by having two important planetary events, the first one on August 27 with a New Moon in Virgo. After the fiery wave we are still integrating and the many energies that we have been co-creating with, Virgo comes, especially with the Sun in this same sign too, to help us and our bodies to detox, purify them, and what is most important, after a long period of integration, stabilize the many energies that we embodied and that need to be now anchored properly and harmonize within our bodies, as it is what concludes the entire healing and activation process that we have had.

The second important event will take place on August 29, as we have the True Node semi-sextile Chiron. The True Node is about our personal evolution on this earth, on both a physical and a soul level. It is where we are heading, what we have created, and where our creations are taking us at the moment.

It is about the future timeline that we are forming, with every thought, feeling, and act, in this Now moment. On the other hand, Chiron has a very healing essence per excellence, when both co-creates, we are being invited to heal, from the present, past timeliness, or parallel ones as I prefer to call them, as when we awake our multidimensionality, and consciously and intentionally choose to heal in the present, this same healing extend to other parallel timelines, helping us heal at all levels, in all dimensions, and all aspects of who we are.

We no longer need to dig into the past, as there is nothing there for us anymore, but to learn how to heal in the present, properly, so we are also healing what we call past selves. So, we are healing ourselves and helping our own future generations to heal as well too.

We have a wonderful month ahead for us to continue our journey of DNA rehabilitation, healing, and clearing, for the current energies come to help us burn away the old, so we can move ahead without constantly focusing on the past, as it is what the majority of the times bring into the present unwanted situations and outcomes.

We are here to learn, remember, how to become sovereign beings, which does not mean doing it all by ourselves, for we are here too co-creating with others. However, co-creating is precisely what comes from being independent beings, rather than co-dependents, reuniting equally to create something that will benefit All. This is the main difference between who we used to be, and who we are becoming now.

It is all a personal choice to continue allowing others to govern our lives or to take charge and begin the conscious creation of our own life experiences.

The Energies of August 2020 ~ Timelines Shift

There's always another level up. There's always another ascension. More grace, more light, more generosity, more compassion, more to shed, more to grow.

Beloved Ones,

We welcome a new energetic month in which a new doorway is opening to experience more ways of self-empowerment, and hence, freedom and expansion within new timelines. We have a month ahead whose main essence is one of self-expression and sharing one’s truth. One, as its universal number 3 invites us to do, for us to break the chains that are being imposed to us, beginning to walk a path of sovereignty, in which we do not need to fight the system or show any resistance to it, for we have already created our own parallel timeline to it, where we dwell in freedom, love and compassion to All.

We are immersed in a phase for us to transcend timelines and begin to dissolve lower layers of our self, before stepping into a new reality. Timelines shift, is very real. Earth has already shifted timelines, a few years ago. However, this transition continues. Our Planet is physically changing its own coordinates, and if we desire to shift with it too, it is our responsibility to work with our DNA, so it can shift as well, to follow Earth’s new timeline.

When I received the title for this article, Guides began to explain the utmost importance for us to work with our DNA, at the same time that we hold an inner vision of our desired reality. As if we do not work with the dissolution of our past timelines and reconfigure our present ones, we could not fully anchor ourselves into the new space that we wish to experience, as we will continue to hold within ourselves memories and habits from a past self, that will impede us to manifest new ways of living.

There is always a space within where we can create anything we desire and that no one else can manipulate. It is there where we can go and grow in understanding and above all in kindness. Growth can only occur when we finally become sovereign beings and take full charge of our human life experience. Once we do so, we find ourselves without anyone to blame for everything that we have chosen to experience. It is then that the true path to enlightened and conscious creation truly begins.

During this month, we honor and celebrate the alignment between the Earth and Sirius, which together with Regulus, activates a cosmic doorway. As we approach August, the fiery energies that we have been feeling since July, will increase with the coming of the Lionsgate, on the 8th of August.

In the moment we define, by human dates and fixed interpretations the many energies that surround us, we lose the true meaning of what is truly happening, behind our human comprehension. This is why it is so important to step out of all human conditioning, so we can be able to truly realize what is taking place.

We have been integrating these fiery energies for more than many probably have realized, as they began with the first eclipse, which was the opening portal for other energies to descend too, followed by other two eclipses, a second Moon in Cancer, which gave us the opportunity to balance our feminine and masculine essences, and with the catalyst of the sun entering into Leo at the end of July.

All these energies are the conglomeration of what the entire Universe is trying to tell us, currently - to shift an old timeline. This is not the same as leaving the old behind, for we are doing so at every single moment. This is about the conscious dissolution of an old self, with all its beliefs and habits, focusing only in the creation of a total new reality, based on total different values and experiences, ones that no one has now the power to create, but us. For we no longer allow others to interfere in what only we can choose.

We have a wonderful opportunity to step into a new timeline of empowerment and personal freedom, and these Leo energies come at a time when many need of this boost of strength and courage to move forward. Leaving an old life begins by becoming conscious of all we shall leave behind, and for us, as humans, it is the hardest thing to do.

How many times do we get attached to people and situations simply because we convince ourselves that it is love and that in truth nothing is wrong, but the mere challenges meant to be experienced? How many times have you caught yourself feeling one thing and doing another? And how many times have you try to hide the guidance that comes very clear to you for fearing to lose someone or something?

Now, the time to confront who you have become and your new soul choices has come. Now, there is no more time for excuses, denial, and all the lies we program ourselves to believe, when we clearly feel that there is no way back to leave an old life. In the moment a part of us looks back, remains there, and decides to stay for a while, we are impeding the possibility to shift a timeline, as we continue clinging into the old one.

These energies come to help us empower and free ourselves, yes. However, are you ready to do all it takes to let it all go and begin again? No one or outer force can bring you a new reality, if you do not do the daily inner work of healing, clearing and aligning with what you desire to manifest now.

We have ahead a very powerful month for personal transformation, as I received, and we all in a way are already feeling. The energies many be quite challenging, especially if there is a specific imbalance that we should dissolve in our bodies. However, we count with the inner wisdom, guidance and clarity, as well as the power, required to become our own healers and masters, as we continue travelling within this endless spiral of Creation.

At this time of your human calendar, a cosmic union that we all celebrate, takes place in your Heavens - your Planet aligns with Sirius - our Home in a time that no longer exists within your current human timeline, in unison with Regulus. The essence and main purpose of this cosmic reunion, is to help you anchor, within yourselves, Truth and the power to keep choosing freedom and the joy of pursuing only that which brings you joy.

In a world where polarities are at constant play, as it was the main aim of your human plane, to help you remember the power of love, you are presented with the opportunity, for those who desire to ascend, to move beyond your human perception of fear and love, as dual energies, and find unity within the presented chaos that seems to reign in your Earth.

It has come to our attention the fear that many are experiencing in your Planet, at this time in which many of you are transitioning into fifth dimensional timelines of your future Earth Time/Space. Fear is lack of personal empowerment and sovereignty. Fear takes place when you are still programmed to believe in the lack of power you have to shift your current human reality.

Fear does not enter into a free mind. Fear cannot control a soul who resides in the remembrance of who you truly are, and the many possibilities that, even as humans, you all have, to shift timelines that you no longer wish to revive.

There will be those, who at this time, will feel extremely drained and sensitive, as they act as transmitters of energy. Those have as their main mission to filter the lower energies, especially of fear and desolation, that reign at the moment in the collective, for they are energy transmutators. Be aware of your mission, fear not the nature of it. For we assure you that it is within you the strength and vitality to carry on with the mission that you chose to do here. You all hold within all you need to overcome this phase, until this chaotic period in humanity ends.

As the essences from many stellar bodies reunite, during August, you have the free choice of uniting with them for the purpose of conscious co-creation and healing. We invite you to call upon the Golden frequencies coming, now, on your Earth, from the Golden portal, one you call Lion one, to allow the infusion of DNA correction codes onto you.

These Golden essences will help you in reassuring your new path. They will help you to stay in joy. For there is nothing more important than being in a constant state of hope, joy and gratitude for you to manifest the same blessings in your human experience. Remember Beloveds, if you cannot allow yourselves to be in joy, you cannot truly give anything to others, for all comes out of this loving state of being.

The frequencies coming to you during this month, are DNA activators, helping many of you who are under this conscious process of becoming sovereign free beings, into the awakening and retrieval of your millennial Divine Wisdom. A process that is vital if you desire to regain your Divine memories. Memories that will show you the Truth of the magnificence of who you are, and what you came here to offer.

These Solar frequencies carry new 12D DNA codes. If you have prepared your light vehicles, or are working on it, then you are one who will benefit from the integration of these essences that come from the centre of your Cosmic Solar Consciousness, although explaining it, will be limiting what cannot be named, but felt.

If you are struggling with liberating yourself from the many ties that you have previously created for yourself, or that others desire to put on you. Be brave Beloveds, for you all are being infused with the benevolent assistance, to reclaim freedom and begin to experience your human realm, in a purer, and unconditional way.

This is a unique time of your human history, Beloved ones. For there was never such a great opportunity for you to leave an old timeline and create your desired one. To take this quantum leap, you are also being assisted by many essences that will help you integrate the masculine and feminine, in a loving, and balanced way, for there is nothing you can create, if first these essences within yourselves, are not in love with each other, as it was at the beginning, and as it is meant to be.

Focus not only on the solar frequencies received, at this time, but also on the feminine ones that are coming from other benevolent sources and stellar bodies, for you to begin synthesizing all of who you are, and start operating as One.

You are ready to move into a more illumined level of consciousness. Yes, dearest one, you. Because if you are reading this message, it is not by coincidence, and it means that you are aligned with the essence of this message, and its healing codes for you to embody, consciously.

By giving this quantum leap, you are no longer those children that you were once, walking blindly. You are now masters, conscious of your own power and experience, remembering new ways to become more love, and be of assistance.

We invite you to be who you are and share your unique, and precious, Gifts, Beloved Ones. Do not allow yourselves to fall into the many distractions that are meant to confuse you and entertaining you to full your higher path. Rise above the many tactics and delusions implanted by your human society.

Rise above all that is not authentic. For there was never a better time for you to choose to create your own way of living, one that shows what living within Divine Love, integrity, and compassion, truly means.

Be conduits of harmony.

Choose to rise above all conflicts and present fear.

Planetary alignments

We are in one of the most intense months of all this year. We are indeed reconstructing a reality, which is, as you know, not a one-day process, for one must begin by transforming oneself from the very depths of one's being of all that was once created from a lower level of consciousness.

As we keep working on destroying old worlds, during August we are going to combine this inner work with aligning ourselves with these higher stellar frequencies that will enhance our creativity and will also activate our visionary senses, as well as DNA, giving us the opportunity to reconnect what was previously distorted.

In numerology, August is also a month that confirms the main message of feminine healing and the birth, from this unified space, of something new, as it is a universal number 3 - 12 reduced. A number of creativity, intuition and growth, as it is the result of the union between two equals - the synthesis of two giving birth to something new that will assist All. To reach this point first we need to be in deep communion with our soul, purify our physical bodies and connect, at a deeper level, with the creative spark that we all have within and that desires to be anchored.

The frequency of number 3 goes beyond our interpretation of this number as being a creative one. This is the essence that invites us to connect with the feminine power within and begin to create from this same inner space what the masculine will bring into the tangible. This is about expressing our soul in the physical in constructive and stable ways.

This year 2020 is a perfect year for us to build strong foundations in our lives, as it is a 4 universal year. However, to reach this essence, first we need to pass through the integration of polarities, something that the previous, and this month too, is helping us to achieve. We are heading into a universal month 4 within a year 4, next month. So, if we desire to begin building, then it is not that we shall begin doing so, from within.

In Tarot, number 3 is represented by the archetype of the Empress. The empress represents the empowered feminine presence within us, the one who constantly creates and expands from within, for she knows no lack or disallows illusions to cover the Truth. She lives in love with herself and All for She knows that everything is One with her, and it is from this unified space that abundance and anything she needs is manifested. This is what this month invites us to do, before we can expand into the physical.

At a cosmic level, on August 3, we have a wonderful Full Moon at 11 degrees Aquarius, on August 3. We begin this transformational month by having a Moon that is, in itself, about liberating ourselves of all the chains that impede us to show who we truly are. If it was not enough with its own releasing essence, the Moon in Aquarius square Uranus, the one with the power of transforming realities, if we know how to align with it, and use it to shift the areas of our lives that need of our support and attention.

This is a very auspicious time for the ones who desire to bring change into their lives. One that shall be followed by the proper inner and clearing timelines work. This Moon required of our adaptability and flexibility, for change involves for us to accept what is unknown, and unexpected. This is indeed, due to the cosmic events that surround it, a perfect one for us to truly make decisions, that are aligned with our current journey, and bring them into fruition, by first shifting all that is necessary for the new to be anchored.

The next day we have Mercury entering into Leo, together with Vesta doing the same a few days later, on August 11. Mercury in Leo is going to empower us to be more confident and use our energy from these fiery energies of this month to express ourselves, our beliefs and what we truly think, from a passionate state but without hurting or disrespecting anyone. The important thing is to go for what we truly desire, express our hearts and contribute by sharing our ideas, and personal creations, with the world.

Vesta has a more feminine essence, in comparison with Mercury. However, as both complemented each other, as everything within Creation, Vesta, is also helping us to do what we really feel with passion, but by first being in deep communion with our mother aspect, the one responsible for our creations, so we first cultivate and nourish from within what then we are going to express, and build, in the physical. Both Mercury and Vesta in Leo, are a boost of energy that if we know how to direct, wisely, we could use it to begin the work of putting ourselves, our soul desires and thoughts out there, to help bring more awareness and love, at a time when many are thirsty of truth.

On August 7th, we have Venus entering into Cancer. While Venus is in Cancer, we may feel extra sensitive, and deeply emotional. It is precisely those who have as a personal mission to bring back the lost feminine essence in the Planet, the ones who will feel more vulnerable, at this time. Vulnerability when embraced is a gift, for it makes you stronger in expressing your feelings, rather than hiding them. It is also a wonderful time to take care of ourselves, at all levels, as we too take care of others and spend some time doing things that nurture our being and that brings us joy too.

The peak to the current fiery energies comes with the Lion’s Gate in August 8th. As you know, even though we may always have this same portal, the energies grow in intensity, as we continue evolving within this spiral of Creation. This year, for me it is all about the intentional manifestation of a new timeline. One, that is going to help us finally disengage of an old reality. To do so, first we need the proper empowerment and discerment required to dissolve an old world based on delusions, and be ready to embrace the Truth, for the Truth may not always be what we were expecting, or what we desired it to be.

On August 15, we have Uranus retrograde. Needless to say, that Uranus has been playing a very important role during all this year, in which the already physical transition that we are experiencing, has been more evident. At a time when we all, are experiencing changes, whether in a personal, or a more physical perspective, Uranus comes to shatter all that cannot coexist anymore with our desired reality, and bring the change that we so desire in our lives. It is indeed during this powerful and transformative month, when we have the opportunity to stand firm in who we are and shift the undesired.

Uranus by its potent and most of the times, rebellious essence, is helping us by showing us that if we are brave to break old habits, there is always more to know, more to experience and new horizons to walk. We just have to set the intention and take all the necessary steps to anchor this change.

The next day, on August 16, we have a New Moon at 26 degrees of Leo. This ends a very fiery period in which many will end up by being exhausted, if they do not take the proper rest, and care, of their bodies, as the present energies are beyond what we have been imagining, until this moment.

Remember that there are infinite energies and the more we ascend, and that our Planet continues moving into this new timeline, the more that we are open to receive the fifth and sixth dimensional frequencies that are assisting us to regain our angelic, so to speak, essence and wisdom. It is very important to support all these changes that we are choosing to experience with the proper integration, and inner work, for the energies by themselves do not do miracles for us.

Finally, we end this intense month by having the Sun moving into Virgo. Virgo is the sign that purifies and soothes everything it touches. After this month, we are going to appreciate its benevolent and rejuvenating energies, helping our bodies to find rest, after the massive integration period suffered.

On another level, when the Sun shines a Light into Virgo, we are called now to ground ourselves and direct our creative power into our earthly Plane, which is something we have been doing for a while with these powerful and abundant Leo energies. As an Earth sign, Virgo reminds us we are here to manifest our true desires, ones that are always aligned with being of assistance. For Virgo is quite aware of its mission, which is always to be in service to All.

Virgo will bring purification. It invites us to remember that the purity we hold within can also be reflected into everything we do in our dense realm. And even if this sign can seem practical, its main essence is all about remembering we are here to combine what we create from the inside with what others may need in the physical, for we are here to synthesize and unify both polarities, both planes, the physical and the ethereal - bringing all these inner visions into our tangible realm, as it is only by doing that, that we can truly master ourselves as creators of the physical.

We have ahead a very profound month to work on personal liberation. It is not until we liberate ourselves of all the old wounds, chains, and delusions that we can truly begin to embrace a new reality. There are many who are eager to change, to see things shifting in their realities, and yet they wait and wait until some outer force comes to save them.

When we embrace our inner creator, and personal power, which is what this month invites us to do, realizing that there is no one to blame for our current reality, and begin to take responsibility for where we are, is that the true path towards freedom and sovereignty beings, for we are now ready to confront our own shadows, creations, and empty ourselves of them to embrace higher truths.

It is not about how long it will take us to reach the next level of evolution, for we are endless in nature. It is neither about others nor outer forces. It is about finally realizing that we can shift all, if we simply move within, rather than continuing perpetuating the old habits and patterns of thoughts that have brought us to an undesired reality.
