2.    I have made a conscious purchase. I acknowledge that not all online transactions are always refundable if at least 24 hours' notice is not provided for the cancellation of a booking session or a reading.

3.  For legal reasons, I have to advise that due to the differing opinions regarding psychic abilities and ascension, all services are offered for entertainment purposes only and are not to be used as a substitute for professional medical or legal services.

4.    Natalia Alba reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, provided such amendment is not prohibited by legislation of the relevant jurisdiction.

5.    Unauthorised use of this website or any material provided by Natalia Alba may be a criminal offence and/or give rise to a claim for damages.

6. How you use the information provided on this website is your choice and responsibility.

REFUND POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds will be issued if readings and sessions are cancelled within 48 hours of the payment.

Refunds will also be issued if Guides consider our co-creation will not be for your highest good.

After that period of time, refunds for readings and personal sessions are minus the deposit fee of 50% of the total amount. If you do not show up for sessions, there will be no refunds.

Choosing to co-create with me is a personal, guided, and conscious decision. When you do not respond and make constant changes to your original choice, it has an impact on all of my other services, personal time, finances, and energy. And when you do not show up for sessions, it means I cannot offer this time to someone else.

After I receive your payment, I will contact you within an hour or a few hours, depending on the time difference between our time zones and other personal commitments. However, if you do not see any messages from me within 24 hours, it may be that my emails have gone to your spam folder or have been blocked by your email filters.

Please, if that occurs, I am reachable through my website, FB page, or the email PayPal provides when you make the payment.

When there is no communication from your part, I understand it is your choice, as I am a public person and can be easily reached. You can always contact me, and your reading or session will always be there for when you are guided. There will be no refunds, as you made a conscious choice to co-create with me, and I am easy to contact and communicate with. 

Please understand that when this happens, I have to keep the exchange on hold, for when you choose to communicate as I do not know your final choice, and it disturbs my finances and time.

PAYMENT

Natalia Alba only uses PayPal as a payment method. All refunds will also be made from PayPal.

The creation, channeling, and structuring of these terms and methods represent the unique energetic signature of my ascension guidance. Furthermore, you are strictly prohibited from altering, distorting, or misrepresenting these concepts, as well as using them for any non-benevolent, manipulative, or inverted purposes that deviate from their original high-vibrational intent. 

Unauthorized use, distortion, or misappropriation of this material will be considered a direct infringement of intellectual property rights and energetic integrity, and may subject the offending party to legal action.

You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any of this proprietary terminology, content, or methodologies for commercial purposes, workshops, healing sessions, or training programs without prior express written consent.

PRIVACY

All sessions, video calls, and readings with Natalia Alba are private and confidential, recorded only with your permission and for your personal use. After our online sessions, all recordings are erased.

All personal information is kept private and confidential and will not be shared with any third party at any time.
