2.    I have made a conscious purchase. I acknowledge that not all online transactions are always refundable, if at least 24 hours' notice is provided for the cancellation of a booking appointment.

3.  For legal reasons, I have to advise that due to the differing opinions regarding psychic abilities and ascension, all services are offered for entertainment purposes only and are not to be used as a substitute for professional medical or legal services.

4.    Natalia Alba reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, provided such amendment is not prohibited by legislation of the relevant jurisdiction.

5.    Unauthorised use of this website or any material provided by Natalia Alba may be a criminal offence and/or give rise to a claim for damages.

6.    How you use the information provided on this website is your choice and responsibility.

 

REFUND POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS

 

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours after making the booking/payment.


Refunds will also be issued if Guides consider our co-creation will not be for your highest good at the time of booking.

 

After that, refunds for readings and personal sessions are minus the deposit fee of 50% of the total amount. If you do not show up for sessions, there will be no refunds either.

 

Choosing to co-create with me is a personal, guided and conscious decision. When you do not respond, changing your original choice for another one, it has an impact on all of my other services, personal time and energy. And when you do not show up for sessions, it means I cannot offer this time to someone else.


I also reserve the right to refund any payment where I feel there is abuse or disrespect.

PAYMENT


Natalia Alba only uses PayPal as a payment method. All refunds will be made from PayPal.


PRIVACY


All sessions, video calls and readings with Natalia Alba are private and confidential and are only recorded when I obtain your permission, and only for your personal use. After our online sessions, all recordings are erased.


All personal information is kept private and confidential and will not be shared with any third party at any time.
