Beloved Ones,

This is a month for conscious dissolution through spiritual fasting, as we prepare for a new wave of integration at the end of the month, when we will have a YOD aspect in our heavens, pointing to our collective karmic past to finally solve and heal it, together with a new moon in Pisces and the Equinox, that will dissolve our old identity, personal timelines, and restore the illumined fragments we are retrieving, and the new trajectory we are giving birth or sustaining the one we are already walking.

Many of us are cultivating silence during this time, as the only way to neutralize the many distractions that are being inserted into the collective. Spiritual fasting is essential to help us integrate the new aspect of ourselves we are birthing, thereby improving our communication with our God Self.

When we spiritually fast, whether including food fasting as well or not, it all depends on your personal beliefs, and health situation, we restore inner peace, harmonize our bodies, cleanse our body cells, which is not just a physical process of food detox, but an spirtual one as well of removing all inserts, programs and false imprints etc, restoring spiritual communication, for we are too purifying and opening our light body channels.

Many of you have imprints, false memories you often interpret as false lifetimes you have never truly lived, or other personal memories that are false, and that contribute to your personal suffering, creating programs and beliefs from false memories. Spiritual fasting creates the space for us to restore all broken energetic links with our Divine Selves, restore astral and birth records, and empty ourselves so only love remains, allowing God to show us the truth of who we are and our personal true lineage and history, which can only be confirmed or shown from within. 

Spiritual fasting is achieve by ceasing for a while in the way it is possible for our personal circumstances, all social media, all mental noise, outer 3D distractions and entertaiments, T.V for those who too enjoy it, and above all, false propaganda, which even though said to be transmitted through religion, T.V and other mechanisms, often it is the spiritual community the one containing the majority of the false programming we are exposed to.

While we do spiritual fasting, we disconnect from the outer to plug ourselves back to our inner worlds, as many times people are so plugged into the system that they cannot receive guidance due to the severe soul disconnection they have and are unconsciously aware of.

God speaks to All, equally, always, at every moment. It is us the ones who need to trust that we receive in our unique way and in Divine Timing, and distill all outer impediments to receive this infinite Divine Flow of healing and guidance transmissions.

This is an important passage for us to choose wisely what timeline we wish to continue navigating. When in doubt, looking within is the only way to retrieve clarity, harmony, and direction.
