Beloved Ones,

Ascension occurs when we free ourselves from all the mental, genetic, emotional, and energetic baggage we carry. As I have often seen in sessions, some of you cannot fully connect to self-love, heal your emotional body, embrace your female, and reconnect to your soul and monad due to umbilical trauma. This is one of the most important blockages to heal, if we wish to work on ancestral healing, hara rehabilitation, and evolve, becoming our own person and ceasing to repeat old familiar patterns. 

Many of you are still attached to old energies, beliefs, and other influences through your umbilical cord, which is of utmost importance to clear before building your connection to your soul and monad.

Clearing our umbilical birth cord's records and all the genetic charge embodied through the mother during birth are essential to initiate the process of genetic/epigenetic clearing, healing previous generations, and all that we have inherited. The umbilical cord clearing is such an important inner work that some of us who have experienced birth trauma have ended up with physical trauma too in adulthood, as is the case with umbilical endometriosis, although not everyone who has it is due to this specific birth wound. 

Our birth cord is a transmitter of all the genetic information we start integrating during the time we spend in our mother's womb. It is also from where we anchor our blueprint records from our 12th-dimensional God Self, which is also sent at birth, imprinting us with our unique light signature, astrological seal, mission, galactic records, and all that we are here to develop as part of what we chose to be and do in this lifetime. 

When we spiritually heal it, we need to end old contracts our ancestors had, whether they made it consciously, benevolently, or not, as some of them may still affect us. Some of these contracts are related to remaining on the same land, serve some entities or astral forms we no longer wish to serve, or any other contract they created that is not aligned with our present will and path.

We clear all mitochondrial records, inherited solely through the mother, and all blood records, galactic, earth, and familial ones, so only what is ours remains, not what we carry from others, for we are not here to serve or live for others, or through others. 

It is what determines, as well, part of our personality, beliefs, and other important traits that will define us in our early years. Trauma is inherited as well, if it has not been cleared, and our nervous system will have the same reactions our ancestors had in moments of danger, as for example those who experienced wars and other traumas that put their nervous system in alert mode. Their future generations, even though they did not live in war times, will also inherit these sensations. Why? because the nervous system wisely records them in case it can serve future generations to be safe from what it considers a danger.

Trauma is not something that can be healed with a few loving words or meditations. It is a very serious damage in our DNA historical records, mental and emotional bodies, and it is our responsibility to heal it at all levels.

When we clear our birth cord, we also clear our hara or silver cord from all these birth records we are not here to continue repeating. It is then that we start healing and allowing our silver cord to be built and anchored into our soul and monad. Otherwise, our silver cord will be contaminated, so to speak, by the many programs and influences we still carry, impeding the free flow of it to our God Sources.

Every part of our human body has a unique physical and spiritual function. I see many of you trying so hard to heal emotionally and mentally, forgetting the importance of clearing these records as well in your physical body and DNA, as if not the original wound or trauma will continue emerging, as it is still recorded within your DNA and body.

With the amplification of the plasmatic transmissions we are now receiving, from many different planetary sources, we have a unique opportunity to heal and remove all that is not in alignment with who we are in essence.

Above all, be compassionate towards yourselves while you pass through this process. Be your best friend and caretaker, for only you can give yourself all the love and care you need until you anchor your new frequency and bridge yourself into your new harmonic reality.

Beloved Ones,

We are now entering the next and last phase of this transitional year. A phase for us to completely disengage from the old, removing all residual energies, cords, and all astral connections, so we can remain sovereign and free to continue embodying our new frequency.

Our Soul portal, Heart-thymus complex, is key to continuing to descend our Divinity, as ascension is in truth a descension of our divine self into our human one. The frequencies we interact with, embody, and anchor depend on the dimension we are connected with. When we have only activated our fifth-dimensional DNA time codes and strand, we act within this dimension. When we are prepared and go further, activating our sixth, seventh... DNA strands, we can also align to their corresponding dimensions.

There are many new openings on Earth that now hold this new Earth's frequencies. Some of them are ready to anchor the fifth-dimensional frequency, while others higher ones. Each of you will connect to the place, whether remotely or physically, with which you have an agreement and your frequency allows at the moment. Many of you act as amplifiers and sonic stabilizers for this new light emergence. 

Remember to keep your bodies as pure as possible, while you are acting as a new earth's anchors, so nothing in your physical or energetic bodies can disturb the flow of this Light, as often happens if we hold astral links or other disturbances. The Light does not go where it is not supported.

Keep the nervous system balanced by healing trauma responses in it as much as you can and by allowing it to restore itself from the many activations it undergoes, as the physical body needs time to adjust to the new frequencies, as a denser organism.

If you are guided, drink only pure water and foods and do not allow in your system any sugars or any other similar substances that can poison your body channels, especially the fascia, as Guides make emphasis on this for the ones who are planetary anchors and stabilizers.

We are in a key phase of our planetary transition in which sustaining only what is organic and pure is essential to disengage from lower energies, often disguised as illumined ones, detaching from all ascension false timelines and other manipulations to allow only what is authentic and comes from the God Worlds in ourselves and in our unique planetary mission.

Feel the love, gratitude, and joy for all the new Earth's advancements.

The chaos we see is necessary, although painful, to continue reconfiguring and birthing a New Earth.

Keep aligning with the Divine Force to continue being a light pillar for All, beloveds.
